Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Float Pool ICU position requiring an active MA RN license, Epic experience, and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Nursing Float Pool position specializing in ICU
• Will float as needed between ICU and PCU
• 12-hour rotating shifts alternating in 4-week blocks: 7a–7p, then 7p–7a
• 36 hours per week with every other weekend required
• 8-week contract

Requirements

• Active MA RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2–5 years of ICU experience required
• Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience may be considered
• Epic EMR experience required
• ASN degree required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)

Additional Information

• A telemetry/ECG test will be administered on the first day on a pass/fail basis; failure may result in assignment termination
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
• Any previous employee of the Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) system (travel, permanent, or per diem) must have a minimum 6-month break before being considered
