Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist in Kentucky with a minimum of 2 years of experience, ARRT certification, and an active KY Radiation License.

Details

  • Work in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
  • Patient ratio of 1:1 in the procedure room and 1:3-4 in prep/hold
  • 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (schedule may be adjusted during the interview process)
  • Meditech EMR experience is preferred but not required for this specialty
  • Impella experience is preferred

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
  • Active ARRT certification required
  • Current BLS and ACLS required
  • Active KY Radiation License required upon start date; candidates with a pending license may still be considered
  • Active KY or compact license required if applicable
  • DOB, SSN, and 2 references required for consideration
  • AHA-issued copies of certifications required for consideration
  • Flu vaccination required; no flu vaccine exemptions are accepted for travel candidates
  • Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will be considered, though candidates with prior travel experience are preferred
  • Candidates may be subject to an on-site drug screen on the first day of assignment
  • Any requested time off must be disclosed upfront during the submission process
