Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed RN for a Med/Surg position in Oregon, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and current OR licensure.

Details

Day shift position, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
13-week assignment
Adult patient population receiving pre- and post-surgical care
Floating to other departments may be required based on qualifications

Requirements

Active OR RN license required
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
BSN or MSN preferred
Certified Medical-Surgical RN (CMSRN) preferred

Additional Information

Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Responsible for initiating and maintaining computerized Plans of Care
Must respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response
Participation in required DNV program education as applicable to the position
CRASE training preferred; may be required if assignment extends beyond 6 months
