Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a fast-paced Labor & Delivery position requiring a CO or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience.

Details

  • Women's and Infants Labor & Delivery unit with 14 staffed beds
  • High-volume unit averaging 150 births per month
  • Patient ratio of 1:2
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 17:45–06:15, on various days of the week
  • Weekend shifts required per unit needs
  • On-call required per unit needs
  • Charting via Epic
  • Navy scrub color required

Requirements

  • Active CO RN license or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
  • Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
  • Experience with OB triage required
  • Experience managing laboring and high-risk OB patients required
  • Ability to circulate in the OR and place internal monitors required
  • Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Responsibilities include managing laboring and high-risk OB patients, circulating in the OR, placing internal monitors, and providing OB triage care
  • Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible as local candidates
