American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week home health travel assignment.

Details

Care setting: Home Health
Unit: Home Health Physical Therapy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shifts, 8-hour shifts
EMR: Allscripts

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
Current BLS certification required
Crisis Protocol certification required
Valid PT license required if applicable

Additional Information

13-week assignment with 8-hour orientation upon start
Trauma Level 3 facility
