Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of CT experience to work across a main hospital campus and multiple walk-in care locations in Maine.

Details

• Work spans a main hospital campus and up to seven walk-in care facilities across York, Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, and Kittery, ME
• CT services are provided at the main hospital campus and the Wells, ME location
• This role will be primarily based at the Wells campus, with potential mid-shift travel to a second location
• Modalities include CT, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm, and bone densitometry
• 3x12-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Rotating weekly schedule: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday one week; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday the following week
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required
• Weekly schedules are posted 7 days in advance, though shift locations may change with little notice

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required — candidates without CT experience will not be considered
• ARRT certification required (CT and/or R modalities)
• Current BLS certification required
• Maine RT license required if applicable
• Must be willing and able to work across multiple facility locations as needed
• Flexibility in schedule and location is essential for this role

Additional Information

• Perform CT scans, X-rays, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, and C-arm procedures depending on shift location
• Proficiency in bone densitometry is preferred
• Off-site walk-in care locations require the technologist to assist with patient registration and clerical support as needed
• A candidate who brings a collaborative, team-oriented approach and adds value beyond core clinical duties is strongly preferred
