Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum) position at a Level II nursery facility in Indiana, requiring BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• 10-bed LDRP unit with Level II nursery
• 24/7 in-house coverage including Anesthesia, OB, Newborn Health (NBH), and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Night shift: 7p–7:30a (19:00–07:30)
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Every 3rd weekend rotation required
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required — AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics
• NRP Advanced certification required — AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics
• Fetal monitoring certification required — AWHONN, Relias, Ascension, or equivalent program completed within the past 2 years
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Full Social Security Number and full date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Care provided in a combined Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting with Level II nursery patients
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible at a reduced pay rate only
• Scrubs and skills checklist required — verify current dress code requirements upon placement
