Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week diagnostic imaging assignment in Boston, MA, requiring 2+ years of experience and Level I Trauma hospital background.
Details
- Diagnostic radiology imaging department in an acute care hospital setting
- Variable PM, overnight, and weekend shifts with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options
- 40 hours per week
- On-call coverage preferred but not required
- Preferred experience includes diverse trauma radiology, orthopedic OR procedures, pediatric imaging, and fluoroscopy procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a licensed X-ray Tech
- Level I Trauma hospital experience required
- Active ARRT certification required
- Active MA state Radiologic Technology license required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS required
- Candidates must reside 30 or more miles from the facility to be eligible
- 2 professional references required for consideration — at least one must be from a manager-level or above (not listed as supervisor), must include a performance evaluation, one within the past 12 months and one within the past 3 years; references from other travelers are not accepted
Additional Information
- Experience with diverse trauma radiology, orthopedic OR procedures, pediatric imaging, and fluoroscopy is preferred
- One reference from a prior travel or temporary assignment is preferred
- A copy of your driver's license is required for consideration
