Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery travel position requiring high-risk L&D experience and NRP, C-EFM, and STABLE certifications.

Details

Hospital Labor & Delivery unit setting
High-risk Labor & Delivery patient population
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
Every other holiday required
On-call required: 12 hours per pay period (36 hours per 6-week period); must be on-site within 45 minutes of being reached
Floating required within skillset to related units such as Mother/Baby and Postpartum

Requirements

Active MD or Compact RN license required
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, C-EFM (through NCC), and STABLE
Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
High-risk Labor & Delivery experience required
2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are accepted at a different rate
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required
Any time off or scheduling requests must be disclosed upfront
