Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Radiology Technologist for OR/Diagnostic Radiology with 1+ year of experience, C-arm proficiency, and an active FL license.

Details

• Diagnostic Radiology department in an acute care hospital setting in Naples, FL
• Primarily OR-based imaging with diagnostic radiology responsibilities
• Performs basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services, and routine procedures
• 4x10 hour day shifts, weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility to shift to a 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM schedule as needed
• On-call availability required, averaging 5 to 8 shifts per month
• Floating between campuses may be required
• Willingness to pick up additional shifts is preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Radiology Technologist experience
• Active FL Radiologic Technologist license required — license required if applicable
• ARRT certification required
• Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program
• OR and C-arm experience required
• AHCA background check required for all CHS FL travel positions
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Candidates must not have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provides timely diagnostic imaging services to inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
• Holiday coverage is available at this facility
