Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position at a tertiary care hospital in Rochester, NY, requiring an active NY RN license and Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Located in a 528-bed tertiary care hospital in Rochester, NY
• Position is in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract
• May be required to manage a 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for MedSurg assignments
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active NY RN license currently in hand — no exceptions
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 1 year of CVICU/CICU RN experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
