Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with home health experience for a home-based primary care position requiring an active IL license and BLS certification.

Details

Home health setting with a home-based primary care program
Day shift, 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed

Requirements

Active Illinois (IL) OT license required if applicable
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Prior home health experience required

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
