Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with home health experience for a home-based primary care position requiring an active IL license and BLS certification.
Details
- Home health setting with a home-based primary care program
- Day shift, 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed
Requirements
- Active Illinois (IL) OT license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior home health experience required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
