Requirements

Active PT license required; compact license accepted at start, but full AZ state license must be obtained during the assignment
1 professional reference required for consideration
SSN required for consideration
Experience with InSync EMR preferred

Additional Information

Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
