Requirements

Current PT license required; Arizona compact license accepted at start, but full state license must be obtained during the assignment
BLS certification required
1 professional reference required for consideration
SSN required for consideration
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
