Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient clinic assignment in Tempe, AZ, using InSync EMR.

Requirements

Current PT license required; compact license accepted at start, but full Arizona state license must be obtained during the assignment
Experience with InSync EMR preferred
SSN required for consideration
1 professional reference required for consideration
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
