Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and current NMTCB or ARRT-NM certification, with Epic EMR experience required.

Details

  • Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine department
  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • On-call required approximately 2–3 times per month
  • Epic EMR is used; recent experience required

Requirements

  • NMTCB or ARRT-NM certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience required
  • Epic EMR experience from within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable
  • Vermont license required if applicable; candidates without Vermont licensure will be considered
  • NY license candidates will be considered with proof of pending NY licensure
  • At least two references from a Nurse Manager and/or Supervisor are required for consideration, with at least one from within the past 6 months
  • SSN and DOB required for consideration
  • Reliable personal or rental vehicle required; public transportation is not accessible in this area
  • Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April

Additional Information

  • Candidates must work 2 of the following 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
  • Block scheduling is not available for any reason
  • Bi-weekly orientations are held on Mondays
  • Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility (measured by straight-line distance) are eligible at the local rate; those living 51–100 miles away are eligible at the standard radius rate
  • Local candidates are accepted
