Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience and an active Ohio or Compact RN license.

Details

• 13-week contract at a hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required — must be willing to obtain prior to start if not already held
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent (non-travel) Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• One recent professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in the same specialty required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required
• Hours worked are submitted through Qualivis – Lotus
• Travelers may not work more than 18 consecutive months across any Cleveland Clinic locations; a minimum 6-month gap is required before starting another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
