Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 14-week travel assignment in Boston, MA, requiring 2–3 years of IR experience including neuro (acute stroke) and vascular procedures.
Details
- Interventional Radiology setting within an acute care hospital
- Primary schedule is AM 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a combination of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- On-call required for nights, weekends, and one major holiday
- 30-minute callback time required; call rooms available upon request
Requirements
- 2–3 years of IR experience required, including neuro (acute stroke), trauma, and vascular experience
- Level I Trauma hospital experience required
- Cath Lab experience preferred
- Active ARRT or RCIS certification required
- Active BLS and ACLS required
- Active MA state license required if applicable
- 2 professional references required — at least one must be from a manager-level or above (not listed as supervisor) and include a performance evaluation; one reference must be within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years
- A copy of a valid Driver's License is required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform IR procedures including neuro interventions for acute stroke, vascular interventions, and trauma-related cases
- Candidates must reside 30 or more miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- References from other travelers are not accepted
- At least one reference from a prior temporary or travel assignment is preferred
