Description

American Traveler is seeking a dual-modality CT/Rad Tech with at least 1 year of experience for a weekend evening shift contract at a Trauma IV teaching hospital.

Details

• CT Scan department within a 46-bed Trauma Level IV designated teaching hospital that also serves as a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center
• Patient population spans a variety of diagnoses across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas
• 12-hour evening shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, totaling 24 standard hours per week
• EMR: Epic
• Equipment includes Siemens and GE imaging systems
• No floating required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT/Radiology
• BLS required
• ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) required for this dual-modality CT/DX role
• Active license required if applicable
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
• Minimum of 1 professional reference dated within the past year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN

• Departmental orientation is 3–5 days depending on modality, with online NEO courses completed prior
• Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays
• RTO is subject to manager approval
• Schedule cycles run every 4 weeks
• Black scrubs required
