Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1.5–2 years of experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a 13-week travel contract at a Level 1 facility.

Details

• Work in the CT Scan unit of an acute care Level 1 facility
• Daily patient census of approximately 125
• Schedule is 3x12-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM, on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• No on-call requirement
• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5–2 years of CT Technologist experience required (candidates with 1 year may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
• ARRT (CT) and SCRQSA certifications required
• Level 1 facility experience required
• Current state license required if applicable; pending state license accepted but must be obtained prior to start
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• A Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test are administered on the first day of orientation; candidates have one attempt to pass
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial application; RTO requested after submission will not be considered
• The facility maintains an attendance policy for travelers — missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review
