Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with experience scrubbing EP devices and complex interventional cases for a 13-week cardiac cath lab travel assignment.

Details

Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
Procedures include diagnostic and complex interventional cases, EP device implants (pacemakers, ICDs, Micras), and structural heart procedures
EMR: Epic; Equipment: Siemens Sensis and Philips Systems
4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule includes 1–2 nights of call per week and one weekend of call every 4–5 weeks

Requirements

Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS (AHA certifications only)
Active license required if applicable
Ability to scrub EP devices including pacemakers, ICDs, and Micras
Proficiency scrubbing and monitoring diagnostic and complex interventional cath lab cases
EP experience preferred; structural heart experience is a plus
Two supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Candidate's permanent residence must be 100+ miles from the facility's service area; local candidates are not accepted

Additional Information

Scrub and monitor diagnostic, complex interventional, and EP device implant procedures
Orientation begins on Mondays with online computer-based learning (CBLs)
