Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a busy cardiology-focused nuclear medicine unit performing stress tests, with a preference for candidates holding an active TX license.

Details

Work in a nuclear medicine unit at an acute care hospital
High-volume setting with approximately 15–16 patients per day
Primary focus on nuclear medicine stress tests
5x8 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
13-week contract

Requirements

Active TX Nuclear Medicine license required if applicable
Cardiology experience preferred
2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
Certifications must be current and available for verification

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result will result in immediate cancellation with no exceptions
Candidates should avoid any substances that could cause a positive drug screen result, including CBD products, prior to and during the assignment
