Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of inpatient acute care experience and an active CA OT license for a 13-week assignment in Walnut Creek, CA.

Details

• Inpatient Occupational Therapy unit at an acute care hospital in Walnut Creek, CA
• Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients
• 8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred

Requirements

• Active CA OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient OT experience in an acute care setting
• Two clinical references from the last two places of employment, covering the last year, from someone in a leadership role (e.g., Nurse Manager or Director)
• Current skills checklist required (valid within one year)
• Previous travel experience preferred

• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be considered as local
• Any HCP on a temporary or similar license must be noted on their application
