Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical ICU (MICU) position at a prestigious academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Position is located in the Medical ICU (MICU) of a large academic hospital in Boston, MA
• Straight night shifts, 19:00–07:00
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every third weekend required
• Holiday coverage requires working three shifts on the day before the holiday
• Epic used for charting

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification required — must be AHA only
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions
• Proof of MA licensure required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but are subject to a reduced pay rate
• No validated parking is available at this Boston location — public transportation is recommended; public parking lots are available at a daily cost
