Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Stepdown Intermediate Care (IMC) unit position in Wichita, KS, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Details

Stepdown Intermediate Care unit in a hospital setting
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Every other weekend required
No on-call responsibilities
13-week contract
EMR: Cerner OneChart

Requirements

Active KS RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
MOAB De-Escalation Training (Moderate Risk) required
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
US Social Security Number required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

Ceil blue scrubs required
Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
COVID vaccination is not required for this position
