Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract with a strong OB/GYN background and RDMS or ARRT certification.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Ultrasound department
• Saturday, Sunday, and Monday day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (3x12-hour shifts)
• Responsible for image processing and transmission to PACS
• Strong OB/GYN case experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Ultrasound Technologist experience
• RDMS (ARDMS) or registered sonographer certification through ARRT required
• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program, or current certification as noted above
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong OB/GYN experience required
• DOB and SSN required for consideration
• License required if applicable

• Performs image processing and transmission to PACS as a core daily responsibility
