Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 26-week assignment in Asheville, NC, requiring MRI registration and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

Radiology MRI department in an acute care hospital setting
GE MRI equipment is used on the unit
Cerner EMR is in use
Procedures include contrast and non-contrast MRI studies
Shift hours are Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Rotating weekends are required, with Saturday–Sunday hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
26-week travel contract

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
ARRT (MRI) registration required
Active license required if applicable
US SSN and DOB required for consideration
One professional reference required (two required for candidates from Florida or Missouri)

Additional Information

Breast MRI experience is preferred
Black scrubs are required
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
