Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical Surgical unit position requiring rotating day and night shifts and a PA or compact RN license.

Details

Medical Surgical unit in a hospital setting
Rotating day and night shifts (3x12-hour shifts)
Day shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Night shift hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7
Every other weekend required
One summer holiday and one winter holiday coverage required
13-week contract

Requirements

Active PA RN license or valid Compact RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Prior Med/Surg RN experience required
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
