Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience, with day shifts Monday–Friday and 1 weekend per month.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
• Monday–Friday schedule with 1 weekend per month required
• No on-call requirements
• Floating within the facility and scope of practice as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• Copies of all relevant certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted
• RTO is capped at 7 days; RTO cannot be requested during the first week of the assignment
• If one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers are expected to work all of them with no holiday RTO
• If three major holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers are expected to work two; one holiday RTO request may be submitted for approval
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Travelers must have been away from this facility system for a full year before returning as a traveler
• No alternate shift or schedule change requests are permitted; the posted shift is firm
