Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a night shift travel contract specializing in Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma cases, with craniotomy and burr hole experience required.

Details

• Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
• Specialties include Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma surgical cases
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule runs Friday through Sunday
• No call requirements

Requirements

• Active TX or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience are required
• OR nursing experience required, including Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and/or General/Robotics surgical settings
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 150 miles of the facility are considered local and may not be eligible for travel pay rates
• Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid any substances that could produce a positive result, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
