Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic assignment in Waterloo, IL, using InSync EMR.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- AM shift, 8 hours per day
- 26-week assignment
Requirements
- Active PT license required; compact license accepted at start, but full Illinois state license must be obtained during the assignment
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
- SSN required for consideration
- Experience with InSync EMR preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates who have previously worked for this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
