Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring at least 2 years of experience, AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications, with night shifts and rotating weekends.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30–07:00)
• 36-hour work commitment per week
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required; candidates must be aware that MS ratios of 1:7 apply when floated

Requirements

• Active TN or Compact RN license required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
• AHA-issued certifications only accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Two supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Permanent residence must be 100+ miles from the facility's service area

• Orientation begins on Sundays with online computer-based learning (CBLs)
