Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a night shift travel assignment in a hospital-based CT/Radiology-Cardiology setting.

Details

Hospital-based CT unit within a Radiology/Cardiology department
Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM
Schedule may be adjusted to 4x10-hour shifts based on manager's needs — confirmed at time of interview
Block scheduling is not available; schedule runs Sunday through Wednesday
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience required; 3+ years preferred
ARRT (CT) certification required
At least 1 completed prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 3+ years of recent specialty experience
Active state license or compact license required — pending licensure is not accepted; license required if applicable
A valid driver's license is required for consideration
Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO submitted after an offer is extended will not be eligible for facility approval
If any certifications are set to expire during the assignment, a renewal plan must be provided upfront
Candidates who were previously employed at this facility must confirm rehire eligibility prior to consideration
Former permanent or internal associate travelers must have been separated for at least one year before returning as a traveler
If end-of-year holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers must be willing to work at least 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if all three occur during the assignment, or at least 1 if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment
