Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of CT experience and active VA licensure for a hospital-based position serving inpatient and emergency room patients.

Details

• Hospital-based CT Scan department serving inpatient and emergency room patient populations
• Must be well-versed in all CT case types
• GE Revolution Apex and Siemens Definition AS scanners are used; experience with these systems is preferred
• EMR is Epic (Radiant module); experience preferred
• Tuesday–Friday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Holidays are worked into the schedule
• Floating to nearby affiliated sites is possible on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Active VA license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience preferred
• Strong IV skills preferred

Additional Information

• Perform a full range of CT imaging studies across inpatient and emergency room settings
• One week of orientation provided
• Black scrubs required
