Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Maine, requiring a minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg experience and an active ME or compact RN license.

Details

Hospital Medical Surgical unit setting
Adult Med/Surg and Orthopedic patient population
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
Every other weekend required
No block scheduling
No on-call requirements

Requirements

Active Maine (ME) or compact RN license currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS/BCLS and ACLS
Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg experience required
Prior Medical Surgical experience is the only background that will be considered for this role
Telemetry experience preferred

Additional Information

The State of Maine mandates the flu vaccine — compliance is required for this position
13-week contract
