Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Float Home Health position in the North Region, requiring at least 1 year of certified home care and case management experience with an active MA RN license.

Details

• Home health setting serving patients in the Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott areas
• Float position covering the North Region
• Responsibilities include patient assessments, care plan implementation, admission processes, and case management
• Day shift: 08:00–16:30
• Weekend rotations required once every 6 weeks
• Epic used for electronic charting
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum 1 year of certified home care experience required
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience required
• AHA-only certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must be able to travel independently to assigned patient cases
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted
