Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency for a night shift travel contract requiring ARRT, BLS, and LSRT certifications.

Details

• Hospital-based CT unit with float requirement to hospital and outpatient settings
• 4x10 hour night shifts from 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM
• Weekend coverage required (Saturday and Sunday); candidate will work solo on weekend shifts with an on-call tech available if needed
• On-call requirement included
• Holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Active BLS required
• Active Louisiana State Radiologic Technology (LSRT) license required if applicable; pending or temporary LSRT is accepted (typically issued within 3–5 days of fee payment and proof of ARRT certification)
• Epic experience required
• Proficiency with GE CT equipment and PACS required
• A supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months is required for consideration
• A copy of a valid driver's license is required for consideration
• Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrub color required: Hunter Green
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• RTO is limited to 5 days or less for the duration of the contract
