Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position in California, requiring 2 years of OR experience and an active CA RN license in hand.
Details
- Operating Room (OR) setting in a hospital environment
- Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work settings include General OR, with Ambulatory OR, Hybrid OR, and Trauma OR exposure preferred
- Floating required in rotation with staff and in accordance with facility floating policies
- Charting system: Paragon (training provided)
Requirements
- Active CA RN license currently in hand (no EMSA)
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
- No DUI background history will be accepted
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- All time off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration — requests submitted after an offer is extended will not be approved
- Floating is conducted in rotation with staff per facility policy and candidate's clinical experience, in compliance with Joint Commission standards
