Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in Lewiston, ID, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience and an Idaho or compact RN license.

Details

Day shift position, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
13-week contract assignment
Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting within a regional medical center
Weekends on request only
Involves support of high-level invasive cardiovascular radiographic procedures

Requirements

Active Idaho RN license or multi-state compact RN license currently in hand
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only; RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted)
Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
SSN required for consideration
DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

Responsible for providing nursing care during cardiovascular radiographic procedures under the direction of the Cardiologist and in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act
Demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation, planning, and provision of patient care
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
