Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and Siemens proficiency for a 13-week travel contract at a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma teaching hospital in Washington state.
Details
- Work in the CT Scan unit of a 500-bed Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma teaching hospital
- Day shifts, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, with variable days of the week
- 2 on-call shifts required per month
- Floating within clinical scope is required to meet facility needs
- Epic EMR is used (HARDSTOP — experience required)
- Block scheduling is not available
- Local candidates are accepted with no radius restriction
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
- ARRT (R), BLS, and active WA Radiology license required (license required if applicable); pending licenses are not accepted
- Siemens equipment experience is required
- COVID vaccination and booster required — no exceptions
- Teaching hospital and Level I Trauma experience preferred
- At least 2 travel assignments beyond initial hospital experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former UW Health staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 18 months before being eligible to return as a traveler
- RTO cannot be requested during orientation week and should be kept to a minimum
- Solid color scrubs are acceptable; light blue scrubs are also provided on the unit
- On-site parking is available for a daily fee; an off-site parking garage approximately 1 mile away is available on weekdays for $10/day with a 10-minute shuttle running from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM (weekdays only — not available nights, weekends, or holidays)
