Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with neuro IR and scrub experience for a hospital-based IR position requiring on-call availability.

Details

  • Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care hospital
  • Day shifts, 5x8 hours, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • On-call is required with a 30-minute response time
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience accepted if candidate has neuro IR and scrub experience; otherwise, 2 years of experience required
  • Neuro IR experience required
  • Scrub experience required
  • All certifications must be issued by the AHA
  • License required if applicable
  • Candidates must live 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

  • Must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of contract signing
  • In the event of a declared emergency, staff may be assigned to an Emergency Team and required to remain at the facility until the event passes or to serve as part of a relief team
  • RTO requests must be disclosed and discussed during the interview process
  • First-time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but experience requirements apply
