Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT Mammography & Radiology certifications for a 13-week contract in Worcester, MA.

Details

Outpatient and clinical mammography settings across multiple campuses in the Worcester, MA area
Services include diagnostic imaging, general screenings, cancer screenings, and imaging for newly diagnosed patients
Primarily based at one location with some floating required to other campuses (University, Memorial, Hahnemann, and Shrewsbury); the two furthest locations are approximately 20 minutes apart
Shift times vary by location: 7:45 AM–4:15 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM; specific assignment will be discussed during the interview
5x8-hour day shifts; scheduling is based on unit needs with no block schedules available
Some Saturday shifts required on a non-rotating basis
Charting via Epic

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of mammography experience
ARRT certification in both Mammography and Radiology required
Active MA state license required if applicable
Must be located more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for this position
Candidates must be able to float between multiple campus locations as needed

Additional Information

Location assignment and floating expectations will be discussed during the interview, as the manager oversees four campuses
Two professional references are required for consideration, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher
A Pass/Fail EKG test is required
