Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step Down position in a Cardiology unit in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of experience.

- Position is located in a cardiology step down unit (6E) within a major academic hospital system in Atlanta, GA
- 12-hour AM shifts
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Additional Information
- Former permanent employees of Emory or Houston facilities must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required
- RTO is allowed up to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
- Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract, and consecutive RTO days during the holiday period will not be approved
