Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step Down position in a Cardiology unit in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of experience.

Position is located in a cardiology step down unit (6E) within a major academic hospital system in Atlanta, GA
12-hour AM shifts
13-week contract

Requirements

Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

Former permanent employees of Emory or Houston facilities must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum separation of 18 months is required
RTO is allowed up to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract, and consecutive RTO days during the holiday period will not be approved
