Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Step Down (Cardiology) position in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of experience.

Position is located in a cardiology step down unit (6E) within a large academic hospital system in Atlanta, GA
Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts
13-week contract

Requirements

Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
Step down or cardiology unit experience expected given the unit focus

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
Former permanent employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this specific facility, a separation of 18 months is required
RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if time off does not fall on or near a holiday
RTO is limited to a maximum of 3 days if the requested time off falls on or near a holiday
Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract
RTO requests must be spread out and will not be approved if clustered consecutively around holidays
