Description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience for a 13-week contract serving a geriatric patient population.
Details
- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
- Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00)
- On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
- EMR: HCHB experience preferred but not required
- OASIS experience preferred but not required
- iPad provided for documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active PT license required if applicable
- OASIS experience preferred
- HCHB EMR experience preferred
- Must be flexible with territory coverage up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
Additional Information
- Timely documentation and clear communication are expected in this role
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted
- Personal cell phone is not required for this role
- Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the travel pay rate
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
