Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) position in Kentucky, requiring 2+ years of LTACH experience and ACLS certification.

Details

LTAC unit within a hospital setting
Patient ratio of 1:4
Charting performed in Meditech EMR
Night shift schedule, 7p–7:30a (3x12 or 4x12 hrs depending on the pay period)
Every other weekend required
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
13-week contract

Requirements

Active RN license in KY or a compact state
Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Minimum 2 years of current LTACH experience required
Med/Surg, Telemetry, or ICU background required
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

Orientation is held bi-weekly
Candidate must be available to confirm assignment within 24 hours of accepting an offer
