Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) position in Kentucky, requiring 2+ years of LTACH experience and ACLS certification.
Details
- LTAC unit within a hospital setting
- Patient ratio of 1:4
- Charting performed in Meditech EMR
- Night shift schedule, 7p–7:30a (3x12 or 4x12 hrs depending on the pay period)
- Every other weekend required
- Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license in KY or a compact state
- Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of current LTACH experience required
- Med/Surg, Telemetry, or ICU background required
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Additional Information
- Orientation is held bi-weekly
- Candidate must be available to confirm assignment within 24 hours of accepting an offer
