Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of CT experience for a 13-week night shift contract at a Level II trauma center in the greater Atlanta, GA area.

Details

• Work in the CT Scan department of a Level II trauma center
• Patient population spans neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients from emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services
• Procedures include trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine CT exams
• Uses Siemens CT scanners
• 4x10-hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• Current BLS (AHA) required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Proficiency with Siemens CT scanners
• Experience with trauma, stroke, and cardiovascular CT imaging
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce diagnostic images across a full range of body regions and patient populations
• Facility does not accept local candidates residing within 50 miles
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being eligible
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront prior to offer — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• AHA certifications must be current and unexpired at time of consideration
