Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week diagnostic radiology assignment requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- Diagnostic radiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Procedures include OR cases, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, ED imaging, and general x-ray
- Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- 13-week contract
- No on-call required
- Cerner EMR in use
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology
- Current ARRT certification required
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required — must not be expired
- Cerner EMR experience
- Experience with OR cases, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, and general x-ray
- Driver's License required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Provide hands-on assistance with OR cases, fluoroscopy procedures, and general x-ray imaging
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being eligible
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
- Permanent staff who previously worked at this facility as employees must observe a 2-year gap before returning as a traveler
