Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position at a 400+ bed hospital, requiring 4+ years of Cath/EP Lab experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

• Work in a 2-room Cardiac Catheterization and EP Lab at a 400+ bed hospital facility
• Adult patient population with cases including PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implant, and ablations
• Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00am–5:30pm
• On-call required 7 nights per month: one full weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) plus 4 additional nights
• No floating required
• EMR: Epic (Cupid module)
• Free on-site parking and a brand new on-site call room available

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• Minimum 4 years of Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience required
• Interventional cardiac and scrub experience required
• Current AHA BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Current AHA ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Charting is performed using Epic (Cupid module)
• Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced pay rate
• RTO requests must be disclosed at the time of consideration
• 13-week contract
